'Two weeks into 2020 and I feel as if I've been put through the ringer." She exclaimed.
"It's to be expected dear one." S-H-E replied with great tenderness. "A lot of expectation, anxiety and pressure is created by humans around the beginning of a new year. All this intense focus, especially with traumatic happenings around the world creates an energetic field which, whether you are aware of or not, can really hammer the individual human energy field. And each person, depending on what they are personally going through, will feel this energy 'hit' in subtly different ways. Personal triggers and woundings being re-opened by it."
"Thankfully, I am starting to feel stronger." She replied. "But it can be quite unnerving at the time."
"Life is all about tides and currents within cycles - forwards and backwards, round and round. Experiencing constantly, from different states of being and awareness. The way up a mountain is never straight. It consists of winding paths, rocky outcrops, resting, refuelling places and changes in the weather. At times a path will lead you down again in order to traverse a hurdle or blockage. At other times the view of where you started may seem clear and then not visible at all. So too the view of the top, the destination - one minute visible, the next not. But when you reach the top, realize that it's not being at the top that makes you feel euphoric, or gives you a sense of accomplishment and new found courage, although it may seem this way. It is actually the achievement of the journey up, the climb, which makes you feel like this. The top only gives you a new view - a view of what you have just accomplished and the knowing that you can accomplish anything you set your heart and mind on. The view is the external, visual reward of the inner knowing and sense of accomplishment that you feel. Had you landed on the top with the aid of a helicopter, the view would be as striking, but that inner feeling of having made it up the mountain yourself would be missing. That's what the experience of life is about. The doing and the being, the challenges and the victories - all experienced in your own unique way." S-H-E said.
"When did you start to feel stronger?" S-H-E continued.
"After I'd given myself time to rest and re-centre myself. Also after gentle and compassionate inner reflection." She replied.
"Wonderful!" S-H-E answered, "Recognizing the need to just Be, be with Self, is invaluable. I know I repeat this often. But it is important. Doing is necessary, but Being is vital! The mountain of life is huge and it'll require many stops and starts en-route in order for you to rest your body and catch your breath in order to take another step forward. Sometimes it's simply about making a start; other times merely taking two steps more than you did yesterday is enough. The secret is to pace yourself according to your abilities in each moment. And some days you'll feel strong, yet others exhausted, but that is simply the nature of the 'climb'."

Conversations with S-H-E
Conversations with S-H-E begun early 2018 when S-H-E appeared first in a visionary dream state and then more frequently in meditations and dreams since then. 'Her' name - S-H-E - embodies the essence both SHE and HE; multidimensional states of consciousness between Spirit/Heaven/Earth; Yin-yang and All that is.
